All Our Weighted Blankets are made to order,  so please allow 1-2 weeks processing time. 

Our weighted blankets are like a big hug. The blanket is designed to create a sense of calm and well-being and can help reduce the symptoms of different conditions. The weight increases the release of serotonin in the brain, which some people call the Happy Chemical. The blankets are made with a poly pellet filling and are triple-sewn, double-layered 100% cotton with a colored drill on the outer. The blanket is made up of squares that are filled with poly pellets evenly spread throughout the blanket.  Our Blankets are made to fit the body therefore they are not standard bed-sized blankets. Removable covers for the blankets are available. You can choose from our gorgeous patterns. The Covers come in 2 different styles, cotton on both sides or you can choose a very soft Minky with cotton. The Covers have snap buttons at the opening allowing the blanket to stay put.

How to calculate your weighted Blanket 

To calculate the weight required for your weighted blanket, it is recommended to follow the formula as follows 

10% of uses current weight + 500gm ( for 20kg in body weight would require 2kg blanket in weight. Please consult your OT or other professional to ensure this formula is suitable for you or your child, 

Lap blanket is 55cm x 35cm, (1kg)  (Great for travel and school )| Small blankets is 75cm x 50cm (1kg, 1.5kg) | Medium blanket is 75cm x 110cm (2kg, 2.5kg) | Large blanket is 110cm x 150cm (3kg, 3.5kg, 4kg, 4.5kg, 5kg)
